Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in painful emotional patterns? Many people come to therapy not just for relief, but to better understand themselves — their inner world, relationships, and the past experiences that shape their present. In a world that often feels overwhelming, therapy offers a rare space for steadiness, reflection, and deeper connection – with yourself and others.
As a psychoanalytic therapist, I view symptoms and emotional struggles as meaningful communications rather than problems to fix. In our work, you’re invited to speak freely and at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore your conscious and unconscious experience — your thoughts, dreams, and emotional life — with curiosity, allowing space for creativity, self-acceptance, growth, and agency.
I provide attuned care to individuals facing a wide range of concerns, from depression and anxiety to grief, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and abuse. My practice is inclusive of all genders, sexualities, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds.
